James is committed to building stronger communities with communities. They are a white settler dedicated to decolonization and justice for all. They are fat, queer, and genderqueer which informs the way they navigate the world. James holds a BA in Women’s and Gender Studies and Philosophy from the University of Alberta and aspires to complete a MA in Gender and Social Justice. They have a love of community that has led to over 10 years of experience in ARAO work as a facilitator, coach, support, and educator. James believes that everyone deserves to be treated equitably and with respect.
Mackenzie has a love of people and believes that inclusive communities are built through education and knowledge. The skills she acquired in her BCom in Business Economics and Law from the University of Alberta are used to help IPC better understand small businesses and organizations. In particular, Mackenzie’s skill set in Strategic Management and Organization enables IPC to understand the nuances of business relationships within and outside the business.
